Getting started with psychotherapy begins with onboarding. After setting an initial appointment, you’ll walk through introductory paperwork and insurance checks before your first visit.

First Step
The first psychotherapy session is all about getting to know you and building rapport. We set goals, lay the foundation for a treatment plan, and begin to discuss additional treatment methods that may suit your unique needs and challenges.

Second Step
Then, we begin the treatment process with regular appointments, additional treatments, and constant goal tracking.
