Treating the whole person means including mental healthcare as part of a greater medical treatment plan. We welcome referrals for other medical & mental health providers across our region!

Carencia prefers referring providers to have their patient fill out our New Patient Request Form, as it will need to be completed before making an appointment. You may share, our website or this direct link to the New Patient Request Form as a convenient way to direct them to getting care.
