Conditions & Notes Scheduling

  • Please select Carencia Arlington as the Location for in person visits.

  • Please select Carencia Virtual as the Location for virtual/telehealth visits.

  • Our default appointment time is 30 minutes, if you require more time please contact careteam@carencia.com so we can assist with scheduling.

  • Please provide a quick explanation for the reason for your visit.

  • Once the appointment is booked, you will receive an calendar invite from careteam@carencia.com to add to your personal calendar.

  • After your appointment is scheduled, please use the OnPatient portal to check-in for your appointment

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact careteam@carencia.com so we can assist with scheduling

Appointment Agreement Policy

We use OnPatient for our online scheduling which is the same portal for you to access your appointments, billing, messages, documents and health profile.

If you havent recieved an OnPatient invite to connect with Carencia via the patient portal, please use the chat feature on our website to resend or contact careteam@carencia.com.

Using OnPatient and Apple® Health on your mobile device you can share your health data with Carencia so your provider has more insight to your activity and wellbeing.
