Development
Carencia continually trains nurse practitioners and other healthcare students regarding our approach to mental healthcare.
We conduct training both in-person and through distance-learning programs. Students get to experience medical nursing aspects of care, including assessment & evaluation, medical differentials, and biological & psychological treatment options, as well as the business aspects of our industry.
Training is conducted in a one-on-one setting, including supervised hands-on training and real-time feedback. This individualized approach to training yields the most powerful results.
To apply, an applicant needs to provide a CV and a brief letter of interest, and come prepared with drive, initiative, and a great sense of humor! There is an appropriate cost both for the valuable experience and the time contributed to this training which can be discussed in direct correspondence.
