How To Check-In for an Appointment

Please follow the steps below to schedule or check-in for your appointment with Carencia. Before booking online, please take a moment to review our Appointment Agreement policy.

Accessing OnPatient Portal

• Login to OnPatient portal using the link below
  • https://www.onpatient.com/login/
• Enter your Email and Password or select Sign Up to create a new account

• Once logged in, select the Appointments tab at the top
• Find the upcoming appointment in the list that you’d like to check-in for
• Select Check In from the far right

• Review and Update any information presented on the Onboarding Forms
• Select I’m Done button at the bottom to finish the check-in process
