Tori Wade

Tori is the Practice Manager at Carencia, where she brings together her background in psychology, behavioral health, operations, and leadership to help create a welcoming and seamless experience for both patients and providers. 

Before joining Carencia, Tori gained experience in roles ranging from working directly with children as a Registered Behavior Technician to leading a team of more than 70 employees in a fast-paced operations environment. These experiences strengthened her belief that great care begins with listening, compassion, clear communication, and making people feel genuinely valued. 

With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Texas at Arlington, she loves using her background to solve problems, improve processes, and, most importantly, help others feel heard, supported, and comfortable asking for help. 

In Tori’s free time she enjoys practicing nature photography, playing the guitar, spending time with her family, and snuggling with her four cats.
